Capabilities
Eight disciplines.
One standard.
We don't sell packages. We take on the parts of your digital operation that need to actually work, and we own them end to end. What follows is what we do — not what it costs.
Websites
Sites that finish loading before a visitor decides to leave.
Most sites are brochures that happen to load. Yours should be the fastest, clearest thing your buyer touches all week — engineered as a product, not decorated as a page.
Covers
- Design systems
- Next.js builds
- CMS
- Core Web Vitals
- Schema
What lands
- Design system + component library
- Production Next.js build
- CMS your team can actually use
- Core Web Vitals under target
- Structured data + analytics
Applications
Software shaped around how your business actually runs — not how a template assumed it would.
Off-the-shelf software makes you work the way it was designed. Custom software works the way you already do — and stops costing you a seat license per person you hire.
Covers
- Web apps
- Client portals
- Dashboards
- Integrations
- Auth & billing
What lands
- Architecture + data model
- Production web application
- Authentication and permissions
- Third-party integrations

AI Systems
The agents and automations doing the work nobody sees you doing.
Everyone is talking about agents. Very few are running them in production against real data with real consequences. That gap is the whole opportunity.
Covers
- Custom agents
- Workflow automation
- Document pipelines
- Internal tooling
- Model integration
What lands
- Automation map of your workflows
- Agents wired to your systems
- Document + intake pipelines
- Human-in-the-loop controls
- Monitoring and cost caps
Infrastructure
Get off the platform that has been quietly capping your growth.
Sooner or later the platform becomes the ceiling. Migrations are not glamorous work, but they are usually the single highest-leverage thing on the list.
Covers
- Migrations
- Hosting & DNS
- Performance
- Observability
- Security posture
What lands
- Migration off legacy platforms
- Hosting, DNS, and domains
- Performance remediation
- Uptime + error monitoring
- Security and access review
Search
Rank for what buyers actually type, not what you wish they typed.
Ranking is not a trick. It is a technically correct site, an architecture that matches how people actually search, and the patience to let it compound.
Covers
- Technical SEO
- Local & map pack
- Schema
- Content architecture
- AI-search visibility
What lands
- Technical audit + fixes
- Local and map pack setup
- Schema across every template
- Content architecture
- AI-search visibility
Acquisition
Paid traffic that reports what it earned, not what it spent.
Most ad accounts cannot tell you which click became revenue. We fix the measurement first, because everything after it is guesswork otherwise.
Covers
- Google Ads
- Local Services Ads
- Conversion tracking
- Landing systems
- Analytics
What lands
- Campaign build + structure
- Conversion tracking that reconciles
- Landing systems built to convert
- Negative keyword hygiene
- Reporting you can act on
Brand
Identity that survives contact with a real product.
Identity is not a logo. It is the set of decisions that keeps everything you ship recognizably yours, especially the parts you have not built yet.
Covers
- Identity systems
- Design language
- Naming
- Collateral
- Motion
What lands
- Identity system
- Type + color system
- Usage guidelines
- Collateral + templates
- Motion principles
Common questions
The things everyone
asks first.
What does Logix Labs cost?
There is no price list, because there is no standard project. Every engagement is scoped to the system it has to run on, and you get a fixed number before any work begins — usually within two days of the first call.
What does 'AI-accelerated' actually mean?
It means research, scaffolding, migration, and QA are compressed by AI tooling, while architecture, judgment, and accountability stay human. You get the speed advantage without inheriting code nobody reviewed.
Do you work with businesses outside Orange County?
Yes. Logix Labs is based in Costa Mesa, California and works with clients across the United States. Local clients can meet in person; everyone else works with us exactly the same way.
How long does a project take?
Marketing sites typically move in weeks rather than months. Applications and AI systems depend on scope, which is why scope and a fixed number come before anything gets built.
Can you take over an existing site or app?
Often, yes. Migrations off legacy platforms and rescues of half-finished builds are a regular part of the work. The first call establishes whether taking it over or replacing it is the cheaper path.
Most of what we do
isn't on this page.
Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you straight whether we're the right studio for it.

Social
A presence that compounds instead of resetting every week.
Posting is not a strategy. A system that produces, schedules, and measures content without consuming a full-time hire — that is a strategy.
